We do not require a reason for cancellation. We only ask that you notify us by phone to cancel (416-789-7963 ext.315), and ask that you allow two weeks for refunds to clear our accounting department.
If you wish to cancel your registration/payment for any program, event, service, or product, then a refund payment will be made at the price paid in advance. If a program has commenced, a prorated refund will be made. No refund will be made for services received.
If you make a mistake processing your payment, we will reverse the credit card charges. Please examine your receipt carefully to ensure that you paid what you intended and notify us by phone (416-789-7963 ext.315) IMMEDIATELY if there is a mistake.
